Xend .. so quiet

Its now 05 december 2015, Saturday morning, I got word today from my supplier that she decided to have the item returned and  to be sent via LBC.

I was happy but still hoping for some miracle... none, nada. No text, no call, no email (the auto email reply does not count!), no tweet back, no facebook message .....

Now I hope and pray that I was wrong that they already lost the items, my supplier does not want me to say this out loud less it became true... well, it would be a realized loss in terms of business. I am now keeping my breath that they return the items and I received them via LBC.

Have also checked their tracking ... no updates, nothing... complete silence from a service company...

so sad .. so infuriating....

From Xend to LBC.... Yehey!!

Received message from my supplier, she is likewise fed up with Xend and requested that the items be returned to her instead due to the failure to deliver of Xend.

She would resend the items using LBC!

She is likewise moving her business from Xend ... smart move!

me.. YEHEYYYYYY!

Of the around 23 parcels that I have, only one used Xend and around 5 used LBC.

Now that I am frustrated, there is some comfort that I am not the only one. Go visit their facebook and read on the comments on their postings ....

Xend good before, now LOST!

This is their last delivery, picked up on November 10, and received on November 11. The tracking number is 501569265. So, based on this, they cannot claim that address is bogus or that they cannot find the address.

Their claim on the tracker is that consignee is not around, but then why on this delivery they left it at the store front and was received by Judith Alenoi?

I am the host of a craft swap of around 25 swappers, thus i have a box of packages. Of these, one item expected tuesday was received on saturday, but this was during the APEC week. There is likewise no problem with the other deliveries. Other messengers text or call for directions if they cannot find the address, but I received none from Xend.

I cannot help but shake the feeling that there was actually no delivery attempt .. and unfortunately they have misplaced the items.

Their site said I should call or email, I have done that. I have even messaged them at Facebook and tweeted... still no delivery just pro forma apologies and info that a follow up was made to their operations.

A second chance? :)

Perhaps they have grown big, too big for them to handle the volume. Right now, they might be number one in terms of deliveries and economy, but I DOUBT THEIR RELIABILITY NOW.

The whole thing is a very horrible, horrible experience for me and my friend who used xend.

Actually, per our conversation a qhile ago, she has asked Xend to return the items instead so she can resend using LBC, Now, its a wait and see if they can return the items to her...

Xend First Lie!!



The above is a screen grab of their tracker since November 28. I would not accept it because, I was here!! I was waiting at home.

Likewise, there is already an error on their dates. Consignee not around on Nov 26, thursday? I received another package that night from another courier. Friday and saturday, Nov 27 and 28, no one bothered to call or text me from their messenger if they cannot find the address. BUT this is not their first delivery to my house. Thus, for me... the above is a lie! There were no delivery made as far as i am concerned.

I have no previous problem with Xend, their last delivery was on November 11 with tracking order 50569265, picked up from shipper on November 10.

So, they cannot and should not claim they cannot find the address.

Our address has a store front, thus there would always be someone to receive packages. Actually, the last package, they just left it with one of the storekeepers. Thus for me, the above excuse of consignee is not around is a lie.  It presumes they made it to our house, who told them I am not around? What is their basis for saying so?

I have emailed and sent a message on their website.

This is the auto reply that I receive ( I guess they are so busy to even update the number ) :

With such a reply, my advise: TRY OTHER COURIERS, DO NOT USE XEND

As they state in their autro reply, they have a high volume of inquiries, READ : MANY IRATE USERS, they cannot reply to all emails, they cannot send all parcels.

Xend : First dissappoinment

I have abstained from blogging, documenting, writing. But after a week of waiting, being frustrating, I felt I have to document or at least attempt to record this horrific experience. First, Xend had been a dependable or reliable courier until now.

The tracking number is 502006685. This was picked up from supplier on November 26, 2015. Up to now, there is still no delivery. I have received no text or calls that would make me feel that they attempted some delivery. I have so far tried to call, email, facebook, and twitter to get some human response to no success.

Based on their website and packaging, their contact number is 806 9363 wherein you would be redirected to 660 9363, i received a busy or no reply after waiting for the phone to ring

I have emailed and sent messages on their facebook account and received auto reply / apologies

Their online tracking service is also questionable, it reports :

nov 26 - pick up
nov 27 - in transit
nov 26 - re delivery

So after a week, best to blog about it to inform and release my frustration.

I am not saying they are incompetent because they have grown over the years, but I guess they might have grown too much too soon, thus in my case, there is a first failure to deliver
